STEVE RISTOW, PRESIDENT - TREASURER
Steve has had 26 years of experience in the construction business. He is the current owner of Schneider Excavating, Inc. He over sees the estimating, sales and general operations of the organization.

GENE LEONHARDT, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Gene has had 23 years of experience in the excavating business. He is our field superintendent. He oversees daily field operations along with the ability of being an experienced machine operator.

CAROL KOEPPEL, CORPORATE SECRETARY
Carol has been working in the construction business for 16 years. She oversees all aspects of the office and is the controller for all of our projects.

ERIC WARDEN, CHIEF ESTIMATOR
Eric has been working as our estimator for 8 years. He finalizes all of our bidding and also works with our general contractors and subcontractors.

FRED HARTZHEIM, P.E.
Fred is our professional engineer. He does all of our staking and layout for our jobs. He has been with our company for 6 years. Fred has a co-op student with him all year round helping him and training them in our industry.
